Quit & Heal is a small editorial publication about stopping — cigarettes, alcohol, gambling, porn, feeds, and every other loop engineered to be hard to leave — and about what actually comes after, which is rarely what the motivational posters promise.

We write from research and from lived experience, in that order. Claims come with sources; feelings come with timestamps. No miracle mornings, no 75-day challenges, no shame.

Full disclosure: this publication is made by the team behind Stop & Heal, an app that maps the body's recovery hour by hour across 11 addictions.
